A place to reconnect
For those who feel something shifting within.
This is a space for those who feel something shifting within themselves—and want grounded support, meaningful connection, and a place to explore what that awakening means.
You are not asked to become something new.
You are invited to reconnect with what has always been within you.
Our approach
We honor both personal experience and shared connection.
Growth is personal, embodied, and allowed to unfold over time.
Growth unfolds over time
Awareness deepens through reflection and lived experience
Community can be an essential part of transformation
The body, breath, and nervous system matter
Science and spirituality can be explored together with openness and care
We do not rush the process.
We do not impose direction.
We create intentional spaces where awareness can unfold naturally—and where people feel supported as they navigate change, healing, growth, and deeper connection.
A community rooted in presence
Opportunities to connect, reflect, and grow.
- Reflection and self-awareness
- Grounded spiritual exploration
- Embodied practices and breathwork
- Community connection and support
- Intentional gatherings and experiences
- Ongoing learning and personal growth
Everything is designed to meet people where they are—without pressure, expectation, or urgency.
For some, the Sanctuary becomes a place of connection and support.
For others, it becomes the beginning of a much deeper path.
Our founder
Deb Sheppard
Founder | Medium, Oracle & Spiritual Teacher
SOULution Sanctuary was born from more than 26 years of Deb Sheppard’s work guiding individuals through grief, spiritual connection, transformation, and personal awakening.
Over the years, Deb has supported thousands of people through some of the most meaningful and difficult moments of their lives. Her work blends intuitive insight, grounded teaching, compassion, and deep presence—helping people reconnect with themselves, their lives, and a greater sense of meaning.
As her work evolved, so did the vision for the Sanctuary:
A spiritual community where people could feel supported, connected, and safe exploring their own path of awareness and transformation.Deb continues to serve as the spiritual anchor of SOULution Sanctuary, guiding its teachings, philosophy, and deeper vision with integrity, compassion, and lived experience.
